ABSTRACT
This article discusses findings of a study, which revealed that limiting neck dissection based on a post-radiotherapy could be an option for several patients with head and neck cancer. In this study, 274 patients with lymph node-positive head and neck squamous cell carcinoma have been treated with radiotherapy followed by a CT scan four weeks after radiotherapy.
