ABSTRACT
The article reports on the effort of Room Planners in conducting a study related to effects of advertising to consumer behavior in the furniture industry. According to Loreen Epp, founder of the Room Planners, the research firm was created in order to help business enterprise develop a marketing strategy to attract costumers and to develop productivity gain. It also researches how costumer influences the success and failure of particular business.
