ABSTRACT
The article announces the establishment of customer experience furniture store by America's Mattress company in Schaumburg, Illinois. The store is designed to appeal to all five senses to create emotional response from the consumers who paid the store a visit. It includes artificial fireplace and home-like vignettes to help consumers relax and experience their furniture displays. It is the goal of the company to elevate their capability of competing with other stores by providing new experience.
