Index shows business leaders' pessimism grows

The article focuses on the Arizona Business Leaders Confidence Index, which revealed that business leaders in the state were as pessimistic on the economic condition as they have ever been in the last six years. Tucson leaders were most pessimistic, whereas Phoenix leaders showed the biggest change. Most believe that they will have to cut capital spending.
