ABSTRACT
This article reports on the increasing number of Green schools in the U.S. A Green school is one that has been built to save energy and resources while providing a healthy learning environment for students. Schools are going green in a variety of ways. For example, 85 percent of the Willow School in Gladstone, New Jersey was made with recycled materials.
