The myth of the paperless office: Ten steps towards a successful document management outsourcing

The article offers tips on how to succeed in document management outsourcing (DMO). DMO refers to the wide range coverage of document-based activities which will be outsourced. The steps towards the success in DMO includes the role of the supporting personnel in maintaining and operating the physical distribution and legacy equipment of the documents, the analysis and consideration of the costs factors and pricing provisions and DMO should obtain individual features in the business processes outsourcing.
