ABSTRACT
The article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of eating junk food to people who like to lose weight. These people are the so-called junk-food dieters. They believe that low-calorie is good and no-calorie is better. Some nutritionists admitted that low-fat chip and individual packs of cookies can help keep one's weight in check. Weight-loss specialist Stephen Gullo even recommends certain low-calorie junk foods to clients.
