ABSTRACT
The article features some women who successfully lost weight after undergoing training with personal trainers. Deidre Sully, a research assistant, revealed that she performs some strength-strain exercises with trainer Todd Sweet and some elliptical and StairMaster on her own. As a reward, her legs, arms and breasts have gotten much smaller. Stephen Gullo, a psychologist and president of the Institute for Health and Weight Sciences' Center for Healthful Living, has undergone training with Chris Uy who made her lift weights and do cardio sessions.
