ABSTRACT
The article focuses on Burberry's new scent, The Beat. According to Burberry's creative director Christopher Bailey, music was a big influence when they created the scent. He listened to CDs such as "Baby Shambles" and "Razorlight" while working on it. With the scent, Bailey wanted to capture the energy and excitement of music within the fragrance, which he described as younger and edgier than the previous scents, but still feminine.
