LSI Buys Infineon's HDD Business

Under the agreement LSI Corp. will be acquiring Infineon's hard disk business Infineon Technologies Inc. According to Infineon, LSI is a company with major interest in supporting their customer base programs and willing to commit a working partnership in providing a smooth transition. Furthermore , LSI has expected that the acquisition would provide a quick growth in revenue with top-level customers.
