ABSTRACT
The author offers suggestions on how to get more out of the enterprise risk management (ERM) investments. One of the suggestions says that the companies should go beyond the insolvency measures to get a quantitative framework for making business decisions. Moreover, the manner in which management uses risk information must be strengthened and institutionalized.
