ABSTRACT
The article reports on the expansion of the multi-platform software management suite FileWave. The FileWave Serve and FileWave Booster will be made available for systems based on Linux. FileWave supports the installation and configuration of software on Windows clients but the administrative components have previously required Mac OS as an operating system. FileWave is a developer of software management tools FilveWave and Asset Trustee, which are used for the distribution and administration of software applications in company-wide Apple Macintosh-based network environments.
