ABSTRACT
The article reports on Spike TV's acquisition of the basic-cable rights to the complete "Star Wars" saga through 2013. The network has launched a multiplatform, multimedia campaign for the presentation of the six movies, including cross-channel spots on MTV Networks' services. The "Star Wars" series will be presented together for the first time on a basic-cable network.
