ABSTRACT
The article reports that Massillon Cable of Ohio and Innovation Cable of the U.S. Virgin Islands have been granted waivers of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission's CableCard rules. The waiver allows the operators to legally deploy set-top boxes with integrated security features, rather than the removable CableCards.
