ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the report by the Conference Board concerning the consumer confidence in the U.S. According to the report, the consumer confidence in the country have decreased by 12 points to 64.5 on a key index in March 2008. Moreover, it is noted that the Consumer Confidence Index was lessened from 76.4 in February 2008 and it was remained at its lowest in five years. INSET: Consumer confidence.
