OCERS Places Cap Guardian on Watch

The article reports on the removal of Capital Guardian Trust Company from the watch list for a non-U.S. equity mandate of the $8 million Orange County Employees' Retirement System (OCERS), while simultaneously placing the manager back on the list for a U.S. equity account, according to spokesman Robert Kinsler. Capital Guardian was hired by OCERS in October 1989 to manage a non-U.S. equity mandate.
