ABSTRACT
The article discusses the problem on employee retention that most companies face today. With baby boomers planning for retirement and low unemployment, employees are jumping from one ship to another. This results to the difficulty to hire qualified employees. It is important that companies keep the good ones that they already have. Casey Bernal, a consultant, said that making sure that employees feel engaged and cared about is key to retain workers.
