ABSTRACT
The article reports that the U.S. Commerce Department data show that the U.S. rubber product trade deficit rose slightly by 1.9 percent in September 2007. In the tires and related products category, the trade deficit increased 7.1 percent to $405.2 million in September 2007. Through three quarters of 2007, the rubber product trade deficit grew 3.6 percent to $5.91 billion.
