ABSTRACT
The article reports on the carbon emissions of Australia's travel industry in 2008. It is said that in 2008, people will see more travel companies who will give customers the option to offset their carbon emissions. It is also being discussed that as more airlines begin to offer the option to offset carbon emissions of flights, 2008 will be the year the major carriers think more extensively about how to deal with the increased focus on the environmental impact of flying.
