ABSTRACT
The article presents information on Qualified Contractor Program of Jones/NCTI for improvement of customer service of Multiple System Operators (MSOs). In early 2007, Charter Communications and Comcast approached Jones/NCTI to provide a solution for miserable customer service of cable operators. It is stated that MSOs can set requirements for their contracting companies, with this program, which provides a set of standards needed to be met by the contractors.
