The article reports on the Feel Good Initiative by supermarket chain Asda. The aim of the initiative which was the idea of company director of people David Smith is to provide support and inspiration to all employees in pursuing healthier lifestyles. The Feel Good initiative has three main strands, food, health check-ups and involvement.
