ABSTRACT
The article reports that health and well-being benefits are offered by employers to attract human resource (HR) employees in Great Britain. The 2007 HR Salary Survey conducted by recruitment consultancy Hudson found that health benefits have become a crucial differentiator between firms vying to close critical skills gaps. As Ben Willmott, CIPD adviser, employee relations, has already noted that employees now expect support from their employers when it comes to adopting healthier lifestyles and achieving individual well-being.
