Gov't jobs help keep AZ unemployment at 4%

According to a study, the state's unemployment rate for February 2008 was 4.0%, down from 4.3% in January, in which the Commerce Department attributed to 11,700 people dropping of the workforce. Professional and business services added 4,700 jobs and accommodations and food services added 4,500 more.
