McKnight Returns as Quiksilver Chief

The article reports on management structure at Quiksilver Inc. After the resignation of Bernard Mariette, Robert B. McKnight Jr., is serving as chairman and CEO, and had been Quiksilver's president until 2001. McKnight, will again direct the company's strategic initiatives as it focuses on its Quiksilver, Roxy and DC core brands. Under the new management structure, 3 corporate officers will report to McKnight: general counsel Charlie Exon, COO David Morgan, and CFO Joe Scirocco.
