ABSTRACT
The article features the organic meat brand products being developed Hugh and Sascha Grierson from Perthshire, Scotland. The couple's decision to move into poultry came as a direct result of listening to consumer requests for organic chicken. About 10-15% of their organic meat is sold via Internet orders and on the chicken side, about 30-50% of the total output of 200 birds a week is sold via a weekly stand at Edinburgh Farmers' Market.
