ABSTRACT
The article reports on the introduction of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) Restoration Act (ADARA) in Congress on July 26, 2007. The said legislation will ensure all people that the Congress intended to be covered by ADA are protected from discrimination. Meanwhile, Paralyzed Veterans of America supports the legislation. However, in late January 2008, the U.S. Department of Justice sent to congressional committee chairs a letter opposing ADARA.
