The article reports on the study which aims to produce a list of relevant categories for people with spinal-cord injury (SCI) at two stages of their postinjury lives in the U.S. The production of these categories will be used to represent the range of health and functional obstacle in everyday life of people with SCI. The study will also offer a possibility to compare relevant International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) for people with SCI.
