Armen Art owner buys producer Italmond

It was stated that Kevin Kevonian, owner of Armen Art, has bought Italmond from private equity firm Five Crowns Capital. According to Kevonian, Italmond's product line, which includes barstools, dining chairs, and accent chairs, is a perfect addition to their own product line.
