ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of Sauder Woodworking Co., a producer and importer of ready-to-assemble furniture in Archbold, Ohio, to reduce its product by more than a third or approximately 1,100 stock keeping units (SKUs). It was stated that the company, which is also formulating to downsize its employees, will be reducing its products to improve its business operations. In addition, the company's moves are part of its Sustainable Business Plan.
