The article offers a solution to the problem of acquiring 15% of high-speed Internet customers of BendBroadband to bring in their outdated 1.1 modems for a replacement of 2.0 version in Oregon. The solution is to make an advanced notification through direct mail and automated outbound phone messaging and in-browser online messaging using the Bulletin System of PerfTech.
