ABSTRACT
The article offers suggestions on how to book an event in Europe. The author states that financial and insurance conference planners usually consider holding the event overseas in order to motivate top producers. He adds that despite the high costs, Europe is a big draw for incentive trips. He claims that with forward contracts and cautious site selection, event planners can make Europe a worthwhile place to hold an event. Also cited are comments from special events planners.
