ABSTRACT
The article features a poll survey conducted by the publication regarding the ban on the use of cell phones in the classrooms in the U.S. According to Scott S. Floyd, it is not necessary that schools should ban the use of cell phones in classroom instruction because it is one way of hindering the productivity of students. Such a valuable tool should not be banned but instead teach students on how to properly use the valuable tool.
