The article focuses on what a leader can do to transform people and the business in the time of disruptive processes and technology. Leaders reportedly must create spaces representing new leadership tasks. A space for the most talented people is suggested for the uncovering of important questions and the focus of energy toward a desired end. Spaces where individuals can have an informed opinion and where issues can be debated upon are also indicated.
