The article focuses on the creation of an environment where people can become effective leaders and managers. The need it is reported is to train people to operate with the aim of giving more in value than they receive in compensation. This will result it is shown, in people adding value to the organization and rising in position. The observation that people produce when they are rewarded for production is also made.
