ABSTRACT
The article reports on cash incentives being given to employees in the U.S. in order for them to lose weight and be healthy. It states that with the growing obesity rate in the country, employers are wondering which fitness program or weight-loss regimen is the best for their workforce, and they come to the conclusion that best choice might be cash. A study published in late 2007 shows that even a small amount of money encourages people to be healthy and fit.
