ABSTRACT
The article offers news briefs related to the restaurant industry in Tucson, Arizona. French restaurant Bistro Philippe serves foods that are not inspiring and quite frankly and bland and their services were amateurish, by which the servers tried to put entrees in front of the other customers. Two Tucson's restaurants are inviting guests to pay for glasses of water to raise money to provide clean drinking water for children, including Janos and J-Bar and Terra Cotta.
