ABSTRACT
The article reports that Bromley, England-based MTA Solicitors warned conveyancers that they may be breaching the Law Society's code of conduct for not disclosing their fees. MTA claims that some conveyancers are attracting consumers with service offers laden with hidden costs that ranges from around £99 to as much as £500. Moreover, MTA chief executive David green suggests that conveyancers should always be transparent because service and prices and big factors for consumers.
