ABSTRACT
The article reports that Universal Capital Management Inc. (UCM) has purchased a small stake in Vystar Corp., which is in the process of developing new natural rubber latex called Vytex. According to Vystar President William R. Doyle, Vystar now becomes part of Universal's portfolio, which means UCM will help raise some funds Vystar will need before it can become a publicly traded company.
