ABSTRACT
The article provides a summary of economic, political and business environment risks for Estonia in 2008. The Estonian government is holding tripartite discussions with the Confederation of Trade Unions and Employers over amendments to the Employment Contracts Act. The Bank of Estonia cited a number of factors that could indicate that the economy grows by less than the 4.3 percent it predicts. Ratings agency Moody's announced that the outlook for the Estonian banking system is negative.
