ABSTRACT
The article discusses how mastering engineer John Golden has opened his own facility after working for 12 years at Hollywood's K Disc Mastering. He decided to open Golden Mastering in 1993. In 1998, Golden's son J.J., joined the Golden Mastering team, and he has become a respected mastering engineer in his own right.
