ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decision of Music Choice to file a lawsuit against Viacom Inc. and MTV Networks in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware for patent infringement. Music Choice has been suffering from irreparable damage and impairment of the value of its patent rights. Music Choice public relations director Karen Doler refused to comment whether the company attempted to license the patents to Viacom and MTV Networks.
