ABSTRACT
The article reports that several Brazilian furniture manufacturers have suffered a sales decline due to the continuing strength of the Brazilian real against the U.S. dollar. Trade organizations Brazilian Furniture Project and Brazil Pine Furniture aim to provide support to manufacturers to help promote their products in the U.S. A brief description of each trade organization is provided.
