ABSTRACT
The article reports on Exxon Mobil Corp.'s review of advertising agencies for its $100 million advertising account in May 2000. Agencies being considered include DDB Worldwide and McCann-Erickson Worldwide. The company plans to strengthen its corporate image by combining brands in single campaigns. The trend is strong among oil companies to globalize their advertising efforts.
