ABSTRACT
The article reports on the move of Reward Matrix to install a voluntary benefits online portal that allows workers to have a tax-efficient payment to charitable institutions in Great Britain. According to the article, the benefits provider enables employees to have the option of spending their savings on giving gift aid donations to their chosen charities. In addition, it states that staff will also be able to monitor the amount that they have given as well as the sum funded by their employers.
