The article focuses on the significance of offshoring as a business strategy of a successful Indian design center services company in India. The semiconductor design outsourcing wave created design teams under service and intellectual property companies. It is noted that companies that planned and executed an Indian strategy beat and outlasted those that did not practice such strategy. It also tackles the importance of focusing on where offshoring can improve the organization.
