ABSTRACT
The article reports on the financial performance of Easyhome Ltd., the largest rent-to-own real estate business in Canada in the fourth quarter of 2007. The company reported a 7.2% earnings gain and a revenue increase of 21.7%. Also, the company's net income for the period amounted to C$2.7 million or 26 cents a share on revenues of C$38.8 million. David Ingram, chief executive officer (CEO) and president of Easyhome, noted that the company is targeting a revenue growth of 15% to 18% in 2008.
