ABSTRACT
The article reports on the lawsuit filed by Treasure Coast Interiors against Ethan Allen Inc. for an alleged breach of contract in Florida Circuit Court in Martin County, Florida. In the plaintiff's complaint, it accuses Ethan Allen of wrongfully terminating their business relationship after 13 years, coinciding with liquidation sales at the three showrooms of the company. Furthermore, Treasure Coast is seeking damages of $500 million.
