ABSTRACT
The article reports on the compelling reasons of life insurers to reduce energy consumption and invest in new energy technologies. Energy conservation is very much a part of businesses as they find ways to save money and enhance their reputations. Companies that reduce energy expenses have financial benefits and raise their corporate-citizenship credentials. Some financial groups has energy-saving and environmental protection programs because they make good business sense.
