ABSTRACT
The article discusses the significant impact of online security management programs on enhancing the skills and abilities of security personnel. Mike Shaw, developer of Lenovo's corporate security program, is one of the people who gains much knowledge from the online program offered by the American Military University (AMU). Ed Lawson on the other hand, is one of those who benefited from AMU's online program and is a recruiter for the Transportation Security Administration.
