ABSTRACT
The article discusses the information provided by state medical boards on the investigations and history of the complaints about physicians. Some websites that provides an access on the information from state medical boards are DocInfo and Docfinder These websites are operated by the Federation of State Medical Boards and Administrators in Medicine that aim to give people an access on the disciplinary history of their physicians. Medical state boards are empowered by Medical Practices act that vary according to the state's authority operations.
